Welcome to Golu Balloon Decoration. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Final payments must be made on or before the day of the event as agreed in your quote. Any changes to the booking requested within 48 hours of the event may incur additional fees.
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the event will receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may forfeit the deposit to cover materials prepared in advance.
Our team requires access to the venue at least 2 hours prior to the event start time to ensure adequate preparation. We are not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions or late access.
Golu Balloon Decoration is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use of our services or items provided. Please supervise young children near balloons to prevent choking hazards.
